MULTILAYERED LAND:

The proposed design based on the idea of keeping the maximum usable green area of the KTF but in the same time provide an urban place for relaxing, and entertainment for tourist and local residents as well.

The elevated landscape accommodates a series of restaurants and dining terraces looking back to the city, from where you will be able to enjoy dramatic views of the sun setting behind Hong Kong skyline.

Any proposed program within the Pier Park – from organized concerts to personal picnics – will be immediately unique. It’s a playful amenity for all ages to enjoy.

The design maximize the connection between the land and the sea. It keeps a clear promenade along the seaside, so its ideal for locals for exercise and also works as an emergency road in case.

The design maximize water – land connection, and creating unique space experience. We proposed a road system above the water, which also the pier for the next level of water experience:  the FLOATING ISLANDS.

These unitized shaped islands work individually but also can be merged together creating flexibility in the space usage.

This will be one of the specialty of this area. From these islands the view and the space experience is unique . Who doesn’t want to play sport, or getting married, or go to an exhibition, or just chill out in a swimming pool on one of these islands? We believe this unique experience will attract many people, locals and tourists.
