DUNA PART CITY

The 13ha mixed use development provides a new destination in Budapest.

The design balances urban growth with natural protection, a development that looks outwards to the surrounding community, providing the neighborhood retail and outdoor recreation space. The development will include medium-rise and high rise residential buildings, a home area with a gardens, a mixed-use office / residential combo to meet new needs. At the arrival of the site close to the public transportation tracks we design an office / commercial area. In the middle of the site we plan an urban lively plaza with commercial units that also serve the area. The designed landscaped areas are responding to the adjacent buildings, improving their environment.
